Dimensional Letters & Graphics

Architectural depth, brand presence, and a lighter-weight alternative to solid metal lettering.

Elegant metal signs and letters can be expensive. Dimensional letters provide a lighter, more cost-effective alternative while still delivering the impact and appeal expected in hotels, banks, office buildings, and branded commercial interiors.

Dimensional Branding Without Heavy Fabrication

Metal laminated letters deliver the same visual presence as metal in a durable, versatile, foam-centered product. They can be sawed or routed more easily than solid metal, and the anodized aluminum face helps preserve appearance over time.

This material is especially useful for decorative letters and logos where depth and architectural presence matter, but the project needs a lighter and more flexible fabrication path.

Where Dimensional Letters Work Best

Foam letters and logos are available in a wide assortment of typestyles and make it easier to add three-dimensional sign depth without the higher cost of heavier letter systems. They are a practical fit for branded lobbies, office walls, reception areas, and other spaces where the sign needs visual depth but not unnecessary structural weight.

Common Materials and Uses

  • Metal laminated letters with an anodized aluminum surface that resists rust, fading, and tarnish
  • Foam-centered construction that reduces weight and fabrication cost
  • Aluminum letters for durable architectural use
  • Formed plastic letters for additional style and budget flexibility
  • Foam core board for indoor mounted graphics and trade show applications

Foam Board Applications

Foam core board is made by adhering sheets to both sides of a foam core, producing a lightweight but sturdy board that works especially well for indoor mounting applications. Because it is easy to cut and customize and accepts full-color printing well, it remains a strong option for trade show graphics and other interior display uses.
